For contractors in the trades we book

Home improvement leads, trade by trade

Pick the jobs you want more of. We make Facebook and Instagram ads for your company around those jobs. Homeowners answer your questions, then book a time with you.

We have worked with remodelers, deck builders and flooring contractors. Siding contractors, fence contractors and pool builders have worked with us too.

  • Ads built around your trade
  • Your questions, answered before they book
  • One contractor per area

Pick your trade

Kitchens, bathrooms, decks and floors each have their own page. Each page lists questions you can ask homeowners in that trade.

Do you do siding, fences or pools? See siding, fences or pool builders below.

Leads for siding contractors

We have worked with siding contractors. We don't have a named siding result on this site yet.

Every homeowner answers budget, timeline and location. Here are questions a siding contractor could add.

  • A full re-side or a repair
  • Vinyl, fiber cement, wood or metal
  • Storm damage, and if insurance is involved
  • One story or two
  • Soffit, fascia or gutters too
  • Paying cash or using financing

Insurance claim or paying out of pocket? The homeowner tells you before they book. You decide which ones get a time.

Leads for fence contractors

We have worked with fence contractors. We don't have a named fence result on this site yet.

On top of budget, timeline and location, a fence contractor could ask these.

  • A new fence, a replacement, or a repair or gate
  • Wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link or ornamental
  • About how many feet of fence
  • What it's for: privacy, pets or a pool
  • If they have an HOA, and if it approved the fence
  • If they know where the property line is

Set your smallest job. Pick a minimum length or budget, and homeowners under it can't book.

Leads for pool builders

We have worked with pool builders. We don't have a named pool result on this site yet.

This is for pool builders, not pool service or cleaning. Besides budget, timeline and location, you could ask these.

  • Inground or above-ground
  • Concrete, fiberglass or vinyl liner
  • Cash or financing, and if they are pre-approved
  • If they own the home
  • If equipment can get into the backyard
  • HOA or permit rules they know about

Ask budget and financing before they book. You choose which answers get a time on your calendar.

What if I do more than one kind of job?

Many remodelers do more than one kind of job. Jesse Sawyer at DS Custom Built mainly does kitchens. He does bathrooms and general construction too. Read Jesse's story.

Tell us on the strategy call which of those jobs you want most. We set up the ads and the questions to match.

It works the same way for every trade. See every step. Not sure what to ask homeowners? Read how to qualify a lead.

Will you send my homeowners to other contractors?

No. Each booking goes to you only. We take one contractor per area.

Lead sites can send the same homeowner to several contractors. See how exclusive and shared leads compare.

Questions about home improvement leads

Who calls the homeowner after they book?

You do, not anyone from AutoGen. The questions don't catch every tire kicker, so call before you drive out.

Do you work with pool service companies?

No. We work with pool builders, not pool service or cleaning.

Do you have a siding, fence or pool client I can talk to?

Not yet. No siding contractor, fence contractor or pool builder is named on this site.

How much do home improvement leads cost with you?

We don't charge per lead. We go over the cost on the call.
