AutoGen Marketing privacy policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Effective date: October 6, 2026.
This policy explains what we collect on this website, how we use it and who we share it with.
Who we are
This website is run by AutoGen Marketing LLC ("we", "us"). We help contractors and remodelers get booked appointments.
This policy covers this website, our questionnaire and our booking calendar. It also covers the texts and emails we send you after you use them.
What we collect
Our questionnaire asks for your role in the company and your yearly revenue range. It also asks for your name, cell phone number and business email.
We get these answers when you send the questionnaire, even if you never book a time. When you book a call, we also get the time you picked and your time zone.
We also keep the address of the page you used, with any ad tags in it. Examples are utm_source, gclid and fbclid. They tell us which ad brought you.
Like any website, our host Cloudflare sees your IP address and browser type when you visit.
If you reply to our texts or emails, we keep those messages too.
How we use it
We use your details to set up your strategy call. We send you a text and an email to confirm it. We may also call you about it.
Your answers help us get ready for the call. The ad tags show us which of our ads work.
Text messages
We only text you if you gave us your cell number and agreed to get texts. Our texts are about your call, like a note confirming the time.
If you also agree to marketing texts, we may text you about our services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For the full text message terms, see our terms and text message policy.
Meta Pixel
If we use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of Meta's code runs on our pages. Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram.
The pixel tells Meta when you visit a page, send the questionnaire or book a call. Meta can use cookies and browser details to match that to a Facebook or Instagram account.
We use this to see which of our ads work. It also helps us show our ads to people more likely to want them.
We may also send the same events to Meta from our own systems. This can include your email address, scrambled (hashed) before it is sent. We do not send your mobile number to Meta.
Meta handles this under its own privacy policy. You can change how Meta uses it in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we need them to talk with you and run our business. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
If you reply STOP, we may keep your number on a do-not-text list. That way we don't text you again by mistake.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you. You can also ask us to correct it or delete it.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any text. To stop emails, reply to one and tell us.
Children
This website is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
How to reach us
To ask about your information or use the choices above, reply to any text or email from us.
